Hi, I’m Dr. Abby Maidlow.
Welcome to Belleville Lake Pediatrics. I’m so excited to meet you and your family.
I started Belleville Lake Pediatrics because I believe great pediatric care takes time. Time to answer questions, provide guidance, and really get to know the children and families I care for. I want to build open, trusting relationships with families and be a pediatrician you can count on as your child grows.
I love this community that I also call home, and I’m honored to care for its families while providing thoughtful, thorough, evidence-based medicine every step of the way. I can’t wait to welcome your family to our little practice by the lake.

A waiting room that feels like a cottage porch.
We built the office around the lake because that is what this town is. There is a canoe turned into a bookshelf, a fish tank, a low table for the little ones, and bench seating with room for the whole family.
Practical things matter too: comfortable seating for every body, space for a stroller or a wheelchair, and parking right in front of the building.
Our town
We are your neighbors on the lake.
Dr. Maidlow lives here. You will spot her running through downtown, out on the lake on a summer weekend, or in line at Frost Boys like everybody else.
Around town
Lake Fest, the Monday night Egan’s car show, and the farmers market. If it is happening in Belleville, we are probably there.
Where we refer
University of Michigan, Corewell Health, Trinity Health, Henry Ford Health System, and Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
Help beyond the office
Food, utilities, early intervention, and family support. We keep a list of local resources and we will help you use it.
